This Privacy Policy describes how Youthful Vengeance Inc., or its successors and assigns ("Youthful Vengeance," "we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, stores, and discloses personal information in connection with the Vengeance App (the "Platform").
By using the Platform, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
Youthful Vengeance operates in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and other applicable Canadian privacy laws.
Youthful Vengeance has appointed a Privacy Officer responsible for ensuring compliance with this Policy and with applicable privacy legislation.
This Policy applies to all users of the Platform, including Artists, Organizations, Curators, and Administrators, and to all information collected through the Platform, associated websites, and connected services such as payment processors and hosting providers.
This Policy does not apply to external websites or services that may be linked from the Platform. Youthful Vengeance is not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
Youthful Vengeance collects personal and non-personal information necessary for the operation of the Platform. This includes:
Name, email address, password, and account type (Artist, Organization, Curator, Admin).
Professional background, resumes, statements, images, portfolios, or other materials uploaded by users.
Payment details processed through third-party providers such as Stripe, records of fees paid, and donation history, if applicable.
Youthful Vengeance does not store full credit card or banking details.
Messages, applications, ratings, or comments exchanged within the Platform.
IP address, browser type, device data, and session information for operational and security purposes.
If analytics or cookies are implemented, users will be notified and may adjust browser or device settings to manage tracking preferences.
Youthful Vengeance uses personal information solely for legitimate operational and programmatic purposes, including to:
Use of the Platform is also governed by the Terms of Service, which outline account requirements, intellectual property rights, and limitations of liability.
Youthful Vengeance does not sell or rent personal information.
Personal information is collected and used only with knowledge and consent, except where otherwise permitted or required by law.
Users provide consent by registering an account, uploading content, or submitting information voluntarily.
If consent is withdrawn for essential data, Youthful Vengeance may be unable to provide certain features or services.
Personal information is stored securely using third-party hosting and cloud service providers, some of which are located in the United States.
By using the Platform, users consent to the transfer and storage of their data outside of Canada.
Youthful Vengeance ensures that appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are in place to protect information transferred to third-party providers.

Youthful Vengeance retains personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected or as required by law.
Retention periods are determined based on legal, operational, and programmatic requirements, typically ranging from one (1) to seven (7) years.
When information is no longer needed, it will be securely deleted or anonymized.
Users may request deletion of their data as outlined in Section 11.
Youthful Vengeance implements administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.
In the event of a data breach involving personal information, Youthful Vengeance will notify affected users and, where required, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

This Policy is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and applicable federal laws.
Any disputes arising under this Policy shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Toronto, Ontario.
